Delivery & Returns


Once you have added product/products to the order cart, select which country you wish your order to be delivered to and our system will display the postage cost. We currently use Federal express for UK deliveries and TNT for European and Worldwide deliveries. We may also use Royal Mail/ Other couriers for certain sized items.

All orders (in stock) are sent out the same day as orders received up to 12pm. Any orders received after 12pm will be sent next working day.   European and worldwide orders will take longer but we aim to deliver as promptly as possible.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Cancellation & Returns

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery.  To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights
