Our engineers have over 30 years experience of servicing Shimano fishing reels .  We are currently holding over 200,000 spares parts for Shimano reels, so if your reel does happen to require a new part 95% of the time we should have it in stock.

Returning Your Reel

If there is a problem with your reel, or you simply require the reel to have a service, then please complete the reel return form. This can be found here, print it and send it to us along with the packaged reel. If you are having issues with your reel please make sure you try to explain the issue as best you can on your letter.

Please contact us prior to returning any other models than Shimano.

Remember to pack the reel securely to ensure a safe transit. We recommend that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery for shipping your reels or If you wish you can also drop your reels off.

Front Drag Reels : We can also fit the NEW Felindre Quick Drag washers if requiredThese washers will improve your drags performance tenfold.  

Rear Drag Reels : The NEW Felindre Dragon Washers that have been in production for over a year, they are a revolution for Shimano Rear Drag reels. 

Single Handles : We have been asked many times by customers if we have single handles to fit the ST & DL 6000/10000 RA/RB Baitrunners.  These handles are now in stock.  Link below –

Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact price without stripping the reel, as internal components may need to be replaced. Listed below are the approximate service costs.

  • Labour: From £16.99 per reel, plus parts (if required) and VAT
  • Standard Return Shipping UK : £5.99 – £8.99
  • Insured Return Shipping : £15.00
  • If you are outside the UK, please ask for a shipping quote
  • You can also drop your reels off with us if you wish.

Please note : If you do not ask for Insured Shipping in your return letter, your reels will be returned using Standard Shipping.

If requested, we can inspect the reel and phone or email you an estimate of the cost prior to proceeding. Otherwise, the engineer will proceed with the service or repair.



Once the service/repair is complete, you will be sent a detailed invoice by email that will include replacement of any parts used  ( the old parts are returned back with the reel ).  The return of you goods will normally be by Royal Mail or FedEX, 

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or we accept most major credit or debit cards.



If you are in the UK your reel/s will be shipped back with Royal Mail or FedEx, and you parcel will need to be signed for. When filling out the return form, please make sure that at your return address there will be someone to sign for the goods.
