When he learned I was from Shimano, he began mouthing off to a shop full of people about how good Felindre were! He had a captive audience for 5 minutes on the subject of a super quick turnaround and repair of his reel at no cost to himself. He simply couldn’t believe the work had been completed and sent back to him in such a short timescale. Needless to say everyone was very, veryimpressed…”

Hello, I would just like to bring to your attention the excellent customer service I have experienced in dealing with Felindre Servicing. In brief, I purchased a Shimano Fishing rod last December but lost the receipt. After contacting Felindre Servicing by e-mail, to explain that the rod centre section had snapped but I had no receipt, I was asked to send them the section for their inspection. I held no great hopes of a positive outcome but a few days later, I received a new rod section in the post. In my job, customer satisfaction is of high importance and I know full well how quick people are to complain but not so quick when it comes to praise. To say that I am delighted with Shimano as a product and the assistance I receivedfrom Felindre Servicing is an understatement hence the reason I felt it only fair that I sent this e-mail. I trust you will contact Felindre Servicing to inform them of this e-mail.”
