Dave Wilkinson – 03/9/2026 – What a fantastic company this is, I sent two Shimano st600rb bait runner reals which were in need of a service and repair. Very quick diagnostics new drag washers fitted to both reels and a new clutch shaft in one of them. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future services, parts and return postage was well less than a new reel.

Paul Nunn – 08/8/2026 – I sent 4 various models of shimano reels off for repair & service on Thursday 13th August, they had repaired them the following day, and I received them back on Tuesday 18th August, all repaired. A very fast service, very helpful, reels well packed for return. Returned with all the old replaced worn parts. I even got a cloth pull string bag for each reel. This is the second time I’ve used this company, and service was the same last time too. I would thoroughly recommend them if you own shimano reels. I even sent a 4500GT reel for repair, these were 1980s reels and that was repaired too! Excellent service 👏 👍

The guys here serviced both reels and sent them back with in 3 days. I’m glad to say they work like new now. Returned promptly with a bag of parts that were changed. I’m really pleased with the service. Nice job. Thank you.
Alistair McCloud – 6/8/25 – I have used Felindre Innovations for several years for Shimano Reel parts for myself and friends. Came up trumps once again. The top tip is to identify the required parts from the Schematic Diagram and email not telephone. They will respond same day sometimes within minutes. If in stock with a link to an ebay payment and if not with dialogue as to how and when.
